Sponsor The DIY BARISTA Bear Cup Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by DIY BARISTA LLC. 2. Eligibility Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Promotion Period The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Thursday, November 6, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, December 1, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be accepted. 4. Prize One (1) winner will receive one (1) DIY BARISTA Bear Cup (approximate retail value $29.95). No cash or prize substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. 6. Winner Selection and Notification Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received and will be notified by email or SMS within five (5) days of the drawing. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. 7. Odds of Winning Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 8. Publicity Release By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your first name, last initial, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. 9. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
