Starbucks Pistachio Sauce JUNE 2026

I ordered Starbucks Pistachio Sauce, but I received White Chocolate Mocha syrup instead. I have tried contacting DIY Barista customer support several times, including by email, through their website portal, and through the chat, but I have not received any response so far.

Instead, I received an automated email asking how I liked the product. Unfortunately, I cannot review the product I ordered because I never received it. Therefore, this one-star review reflects my experience with the order fulfillment and customer service, not the product itself.

I would still like this issue to be resolved and would appreciate receiving the correct product that I purchased. At this point, since I have not received a response through email, the website portal, or chat, I may need to pursue the matter through my payment provider if the issue is not resolved.

I did not receive my entire order. I have attempted to contact the company several times and have not received a reply. Looks like I am out $70.
